R&D team


It has always paid attention to product technology innovation investment and the reserve and training of R&D talents, and has established a technology-centered, gradient R&D management system. R&D team engineers have experienced experience in the research and development of automotive suspension systems, focusing on the research and development of shock absorber products, a professional design team composed of 10 engineers, including 5 engineers, 2 assistant engineers, 3 people who have been engaged in R&D work in the shock absorber industry for more than 20 years, 6 people who have been engaged in research and development for more than 10 years, and the rest for more than 5 years.


R&D cycle


According to the different development inputs of customers, it can be divided into two development types, one is gray box development (customers mainly provide basis or samples, digital models, etc.), for reverse development matching, manual samples can be provided within 1 and a half months, OTS samples can be provided within 3-3.5 months, SOP date can be about 6 months: the second is black box development (customers provide hard point data, ultimate axle load, loading requirements and other information), forward development matching, manual samples are provided within 3 months, matching adjustment, OTS samples can be provided within 7-7.5 months, and SOP dates can be within 10 months to 1 year.



R&D tools


R&D tools: project management according to the requirements of the IATF16949:2016 standard, using five major tools for project development, namely: product quality advance planning and control plan (APQP), potential failure mode and consequences analysis (FMEA), statistical process control (SPC), measurement system analysis (MSA), and production part approval (PPAP). At the same time, the project is developed according to the new product development process by means of synchronous engineering (SE) and quality function deployment (QFD). Computer-aided design is used, Auto CAD2007 software is used, and CAE software is used for computer-aided analysis.


R&D results


It has a number of patents for shock absorbing products and production equipment, achieving energy conservation and emission reduction comprehensive energy consumption, and its various performances meet the national standard QC/T491-1999 for shock absorbers, or meet the special performance requirements of all aspects according to different standards of customers.
