Henan Wuyi Machinery Co., Ltd. is a high-tech, modern, specialized factory integrating the research, development, production, and sales of automotive shock absorbers. Founded in 1988, the company covers a total area of 40,000 square meters, employs 120 people, holds multiple national patents, and has a 10-person technical R&D team. The company has been designated a provincial-level high-tech enterprise.
The company has imported advanced production technology and equipment from the United States, Germany, Japan, South Korea, and other countries. It currently boasts production and testing equipment including automatic online inspection lines for shock absorber piston rods, electroplating lines, automatic online inspection lines for cylinder barrels, automatic online inspection lines for assemblies, electrophoresis lines, and coating lines. This enables the company to collaborate with automakers to develop new products and technologies, achieving an annual production capacity of 3 million shock absorbers of various types. The company has partnered with major domestic and international automakers, including FAW Group (FAW Toyota, FAW-Volkswagen, FAW-Audi, and FAW Hongqi), Shenyang Jinbei, Gree Titanium, Times Junsheng, Brilliance New Sunshine, Deli New Energy, and Jiangsu Jimai New Energy.
